Melty Blood in the works, KNT still on hold.I'd like to announce that Revolve is officially working on Melty Blood (pics to be uploaded later today). We have overcome nearly everything in hacking the game, and will start making steady progress until a patch can be released. The first patch release will consist of translated menus, and the final patch will be the complete dialog set. The patch is based on the Nero 1.100 patch (nero0623), so when you download the patch, you will NOT be required to have the Nero 1.100 installed. Everything will be included in our patch, so don't worry about trying to find the nero0623 patch. Now, everyone is wondering what happened to project KNT. I'm not officially giving up on it yet, but the game requires some serious hacking that I'm not skilled enough to do. The game is filled with pointers, tons and tons of pointers: Pointers for text, pointers for when music and cinematic display, it is insane. Translating the game is the least of the worries on the game, but basically I need to write a script phaser for KNT that will repoint everything when I change part of the script, otherwise it will take an ungodly amount of time insert the script and check everything. If anyone with some supremely leet ROM hacking experience wants to help, drop into #import-gamers on Mirc-X anytime. It will be a challenge, I guarantee. I'd like to thank the endless number of people that have offered to translate and help with project KNT, but the real obstacles are within the ROM itself, not the word "teyandee" as most people would like to believe.
